Weldon Doyle Dacus was the first All-State End in football at Brady High School and won State in pole vault. He also played basketball and tennis. Georgia Grace Osbome Dacus played volleyball and softball at Abilene High School. Mr. and Mrs. Dacus began their Jim Ned journey in 1976 and not only supported their children in all their athletic activities but spread their love of sport watching by contributing to athletic programs following the gradu-ation of their children. As athletes themselves, the Dacus' understood the value of the ded-ication needed to achieve individual and team goals.
